Terms and Condtions
Upon receipt of your online booking confirmation and deposit payment, you have contracted a group stay and/or meeting with the Hotel. We shall hold your room nights, any requested meeting room rental and/or the planned food and beverage revenue over the contracted dates, which collectively (as applicable) will be your Total Revenue Commitment. Should you require guest rooms, meeting space and/or food and beverage over and above what has been committed; the hotel reserves the right to renegotiate the terms of this Agreement.
All rates are quoted inclusive of applicable taxes, fees and gratuity, which are subject to change without prior notice. The quoted and confirmed rates are assumed net, non-commissionable unless booked by an official travel agent with a valid IATA, ARC, CLIA, or TRUE membership validation, in which case our guest room rates are commissionable at 10%.
In addition to room rate and taxes outlined below, you shall be responsible for mandatory fees, which may include but are not limited to housekeeping gratuities, porterage, resort fees, turndown service, amenity delivery, overnight parking and any state or local assessments. Please contact your group sales representative for a full list of applicable mandatory fees. You shall be solely and fully responsible for informing its attendees, prior to making reservations, of any mandatory fees and charges that are separate and distinct from and in addition to the room rate and taxes. You shall not combine these charges and applicable taxes thereon into any category such as taxes or room rate in any printed materials regarding the meeting or in any other manner.
Under no circumstances may you transfer or resell your rights under this Agreement to any third party room reseller or broker.
